BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of your deposit.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment of the deposit and receipt of a signed agreement is received by Grazin' Gracie Cart Co. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may reschedule your event once at no additional charge if requested at least 10 days before the event.

Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of the event may be subject to a 10% rescheduling fee.

Rescheduled events must be within 3 months of the original date and are subject to availability.

Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit but will receive a refund for any additional payments made.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

 

No-shows or cancellations on the event day will not be refunded or offered to be rescheduled. Any payments made will be forfeited. 

TRAVEL & SETUP

We provide services within a 40-mile radius of Temple, TX to include Bell County, McLennan County, Falls County and Williamson County. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range.

Setup and breakdown times are included in your booking confirmation and agreement. Please ensure adequate space and access for setup of the mobile party and bar cart.

 

The client is responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or event attendees, and will be held liable for replacement of the cart if the cart becomes non-operational at your booked event.

 

We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.

Clients are responsible for providing an indoor backup location if weather conditions do not permit outdoor setup.

In case of severe weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.​​​
